Justin Wright is a former professional pitcher with the St. Louis Cardinals AAA team the Memphis Redbirds and we are excited to have them join the RISE Baseball coaching staff. Justin will be working with pitchers during Team Training, MPH 101, Open Training and SPT during his off season

In 2011 Justin was drafted in the 47th round by the St. Louis Cardinals as a Left Handed Pitcher. Justin moved quickly from Rookie ball to AA Springfield Cardinals in 2012. Justin is currently with the St. Louis Cardinals AAA Memphis Redbirds.

While attending Virginia Tech Justin posted a 4.00 ERA, logged 227 innings and 216 strikeouts in just three seasons with the Hokies.
