RISE Sports Performance In Season Training

RISE Sports Performance In Season Training is designed by Certified Professional trainers to allow players to be at peak performance on game day and improve mobility while maintaining full body strength throughout the season. Players will go through a functional movement screening to determine players body weaknesses. Trainers will provide players with the proper training tools to strengthen the parts of the body breaking down from the In Season repetition of swinging and throwing which eventually leads to muscle imbalance. We welcome players who want to learn the proper lifting techniques as well as the players who are comfortable lifting on their own, but need a structured program.  Space is limited so please sign up today.
