Behind a strong outing from Jake Huggins, RISE Baseball 15U extended their scoreless inning streak to 19 before the Mid Atlantic EvoShield Canes finally broke through in the bottom of the sixth. Riley Wilson worked one inning in relief to hold down the Canes in the seventh, ending the game in a 3 – 3 tie. RISE fell behind early in game two, and despite two late inning rallies, they could not complete the comeback. The final score of game two was 8 – 6. RISE Baseball will continue pool play today at 4:30 PM when they face the San Diego Show at New Cass High School.
