Dillon has a good build and good tempo on the mound. Throws a very heavy ball and works down hill well. Dillon has great control with his fastball and gets a lot of ground balls. His changeup works well off of his fastball and throws it down in the zone consistently and can throw it for strikes. His curveball is sharp and has late movement as it gets to home plate. Dillon is a hard worker and continues to work on his craft as pitcher daily.
