Player Evaluation
UPDATE: Hunter Gilliam 3B has been announced to the Second Team All State team for the 2016 season team.
DEFENSE: Hunter is a very sound defensive player. He has smooth hands, good feet and a great arm. Hunter has the ability to be very good at every infield position as needed. He is currently working on his sixty time and an explosive first step.
OFFENSE: Hunter is well above average hitter. Hunter is one of those special players that can hit for both power and high average. He has fast hands, good power, and shows consistency hitting the baseball to his gaps. Hunter has show the ability to hit the ball with backspin, but is currently working hard to consistently get to backspin on every swing.
PITCHING: Hunter is a very explosive pitcher. Throws a hard fastball with a very good breaking ball. His change up works well off his fastball and keeps his arm speed consistent on all of his pitches. Hunter is currently working on creating a better tempo.
