PITCHING: Carter is a very athletic pitcher he moves down the mound very well. He lives at the bottom of the strike zone with his fastball. His changeup has good ASR and works off his fastball well. Carter has a good breaking ball with tight spin and working on being more consistent with the break in the strike zone.
DEFENSE: Carter is a very good defensive outfielder. He is quick and takes very good routes to fly balls.
